Tamio Okuda is Japan`s premier singer, songwriter, producer and guitarist, and this majestic Coronet is his debut signature model. Tamio Okuda Elitist Coronet Custom Outfit is a limited edition guitar, made in japan and tricked out with Gibson USA electronics. The base of this slick six-string is made up of two pieces of African mahogany. One piece comprises the double-cut and flat body, while the other is used for the slim taper-contoured neck. Vintage pickguard covers the upper bout of the body, while the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard covers the neck. jumbo-sized frets, 1.62" nut and 12" radius complete the fingerboard. Electronics department boasts a pair of Gibson USA P-90 single-coils. Two volume knobs, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch complete the electronics. ABR-1 bridge with vintage Epiphone Trem-o-Tone tremolo tailpiece and vintage Gotoh tuners wrap up the specs list.
