E-II M-II Seven is a part of the new 2016 E-II M series catalog. What we have here is an upper-intermediate class seven-string guitar with a standard 25-1/2" scale. The standard across the industry is to equip the extended range guitars with longer (even baritone) scales, but a significant percentage retains the classic 25-1/2" or even 24-3/4" scales. M-II Seven also has active electronics, locking tremolo bridge and black chrome hardware. It is available in gloss black.
The body of this killing machine is made of alder in its entirety and is paired with a bolt-on maple neck. Three-piece neck has the Thin U contour in the back and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top. The fingerboard features extra jumbo frets, thumbnail inlays with a custom 12th fret inlay, 1.89" locking nut and 12" radius.
EMG`s 57-7 and 66-7 humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions respectively, give a massive wall of tone with pretty much inexhaustive reserves of power. Master volume knob and a three-way pickup switch make up the controls. Original Floyd Rose bridge with seven saddles and locking Gotoh tuners complete this monster.
