ESP`s USA range is handmade in the United States (North Hollywood, Ca) and features the best ESP has to offer. Currently, there are only three models in the series lineup and ESP USA M-III is one of them. M-III is a classic `80s Superstrat guitar with stripped down styling and majestic tone. Its double-cut body is made of alder back and flamed maple top (Sapphire Black Metallic comes with a plain maple top). Maple neck is bolted to the body and comes with a slim U profile in the back. 24-fret ebony fingerboard, the staple feature of the USA range, is featured on this model as well. EMG pickups option comes with 81x in the bridge and a pair of SA singles in middle and neck positions, while the Duncan variant offers a Custom Shop `78 humbucker in the bridge and two STK-S4 singles in middle and neck positions. Floyd Rose bridge and locking Sperzel tuners complete the specs list.
