ESP`s AX series is a line of double-cut guitars with extreme design and extreme tone. Models of this series range from the beginner and intermediate to the top league (LTD models are in charge of the lower portions of the market, while the ones with ESP badges are aimed at semi professional and professional musicians). LTD AX range is a small one, featuring a handful of well selected models. AX-50 is the basic model of the line and it features a solid, double-cut basswood body in combination with a bolted maple neck. Standard AX series color palette is assigned to this model, as well. Set of ESP humbucking pickups (LH-150) is installed on the top of the body. 24-fret fingerboard is fit with 24 extra jumbo frets and dot inlays.
