C-1 is the most classic series of electric guitars in the entire Schecter catalog. It is a line of modern sounding axes with elegant styling and Schecter`s classic design. Countless models based on this series have, and still are taking up a significant space in other prominent series and ranges. For 2014, Schecter is looking to revamp the iconic C-1 Classic model. This new C-1 Classic is a solid and double-cut guitar with the standard 25-1/2" scale, set in neck with ultra access cutaway, carved top and standard neck measurements. Body is made of mahogany and quilted maple (mahogany is used for the back, while the top is made of quilted maple). Antique (Natural Gloss) is the only color scheme for this exquisite six-stringer. It`s fit with satin gold hardware, natural binding and abalone inlays. Tune-o-matic bridge with string-through-body construction is fronted with a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers with gold-plated covers. Master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch are featured in the controls unit. Maple and walnut neck is made of several laminates and is fit with the standard thin C contour in the back. 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood features extra jumbo-sized frets, abalone inlays and TUSQ nut. Grover tuners on the headstock complete the specs list for this model.
