Fresh for 2018, ESP`s new LTD Black Metal series is coming with vicious tone, aggressive stealthy black attires, and LTD Deluxe-class hardware and electronics. Several of the most popular series (mostly the ones with shorter scales) have received Black Metal models, EC among them. The ferocious six-stringer comes in clad in satin black finish (w/black hardware, plastics, and neck finish). Minimalism is the key word here, as the new EC shuns all non-essential things, going for the barren, stripped down to the wire approach. Main construction features include a solid and single-cut mahogany body, a 3-piece mahogany neck (w/set-thru joint), a 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard (1.65" molded nut, 24.75" scale, side dot inlays), a two-piece TOM bridge, Seymour Duncan`s Blackened Black Winter bridge humbucker, and locking LTD tuners.
