LTD M-1008 Multiscale is one of only two compound-scale models ESP included in the LTD M series` lineup for 2018 (the other one is the seven-stringed variant of this model). This eight-stringed juggernaut offers a solid body with bolt-on neck, a 25-1/2"-27" scale, passive electronics, and the characteristic LTD 1000 series hardware features (save for the Hipshot bridge). The color palette`s limited to See Thru Black Satin w/black hardware, black plastics, a matching headstock, and unpainted neck. Other notable features include a solid and double-cut mahogany body w/two-piece flame maple top, a 5-piece maple/purpleheart neck (Thin U profile, smooth finish), a 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard, an eight-saddled string-thru Hipshot bridge, Seymour Duncan pickups, and LTD tuners.
