Fender Custom Shop Limited 1952 Heavy Relic Telecaster
Limited Edition Electric Guitars by Fender Custom Shop
Limited Edition Electric Guitars by Fender Custom Shop
1952 Telecaster was one of the first stable versions of Telecaster to hit the market and it was a huge hit all across America. It succeeded the 1950 Esquire (Telcaster with only bridge pickup) and the famous 1951 Nocaster models. Heavy Relic badge in the name of the Limited 1952 Heavy Relic Telecaster signifies that this one really looks like it`s been in heavy use for years. Vintage Butterscotch Blonde paint is worn and hardware is heavily aged, as well. Body of this limited edition Tele is solid, single-cut and made of ash (Telecasters were made of ash in early years). Classic Telecaster bridge has string-through-body construction and is fronted by a pair of classic single-coil pickups. 21-fret fingerboard is made of maple and it`s installed on top of the maple neck.
