Back in the 1950, Fender has released their first solid bodied guitar, which was named Esquire. It was a solid and single-cut guitar with slab body made of swamp ash. It had one slanted single-coil pickup in the bridge position and quickly after it`s release, Fender has issued the two-pickup variant under the name Broadcaster. After legal issues with Gretsch, Fender changed the name of the two-pickups guitar into Telecaster. 1952 Tele is one of the most important Teles in history and Time Machine '52 Telecaster Heavy Relic is it`s replica. Solid and flat swamp ash body is topped with a plastic pickguard, aged Tele bridge with three saddles and two single-coil pickups. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it features the 21-fret maple fingerboard on it`s top.
