The Deluxe series serves as a buffer between the prestigious American range and the more affordable regions of the catalog. It is the cheapest line with 22-fret fingerboards (these are usually saved for American models). 2017 Deluxe Stratocaster comes with the modern/classic Strat body, 25-1/2" scale, a trio of single-coil pickups, and modern bolt-on neck joint. 2-Color Sunburst, Black, Sapphire Blue Transparent, and Vintage Blonde options comprise the color palette. Core construction features include a solid ash body (flat top, contoured back), maple neck (modern C profile, modern four-bolt joint, big headstock), and 22-fret fingerboard (narrow tall frets, dot inlays, 12" radius, 1.65" synthetic bone nut).
