Telecaster, the guitar that started the electric guitar craze in the first half of the 1950s is still running strong and it is one of the vital parts of the Fender catalog. American Standard series offers a high quality variant of this legend. It comes with a regular, single cut body made of alder. Top is flat, unbound and with no top wood cover. Bridge section on this Tele is a modern rendition of the classic Tele bridge. This modern variant has six adjustable saddles, high mass block and still retains the tray in the front. American Tele pickups are installed in it`s front. This pair of passive single coils is controlled with a regular Tele controls unit. Maple neck is equipped with C contour and 22-fret fingerboard. Fingerboard comes in two variants, rosewood and maple.
