Fender Special Run
This model is a Factory Special Run variant of the Highway One Stratocaster with HSS pickup configuration. It comes with a solid, double cut body made of alder and pairs it with a maple neck. through a bolt-on joint. Pickups on this one are reinforced with a humbucker in the bridge position. Middle and neck positions retain their single coils. These pickups are controlled with a standard electronics unit. Behind them, Fender installs a regular, modern variant of the synchronized tremolo bridge. It is one of the finest non-locking tremolo bridges available on the market. It is plated in chrome on this FSR Strat. Maple neck is equipped with a modern C contour and gloss finish on the back side. On the top, there is a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
