Fender`s Pawn Shop series deals with vintage-styled instruments, which could have been classics, icons and all-time favorites, if only they have ever existed. None of these guitars ever existed before, but they sure look so, and to an untrained eye, they really might look like they are reissues or tribute models. First on the list is the Pawn Shop '72, it comes with a vintage-styled, Strat-like body made of alder. Body is semi-hollow and it`s paired with a bolt-on neck made of maple. Bridge is a hardtail with chrome plating and string-through construction. "Enforcer" humbucker is in the bridge and "Wide range" in the neck position. Maple neck is equipped with Fender`s favorite C contour in the back and it`s topped with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.
