Road Worn series is dedicated to the models with aged and beaten looks. Of course, these scratches, bumps and dings are just for aesthetic purposes, similar to relic and heavy relic treatments in Fender Custom Shop. This series is opened with a Road Worn `50s Telecaster. This model comes with `50s body contour and it`s made of both alder and ash. Body material depends on each player. On it`s top Fender installs a classic plastic pickguard and vintage-styled Tele bridge. It has three saddles and string-through construction. Pickups are installed in S/S configuration. Both are from the Tex-Mex line and they give authentic tone to this outstanding Tele. Maple neck is equipped with U contour and it`s topped with a 21-fret maple fingerboard.
