Road Worn series offers the vintage-styled guitars and basses with wear and tear of years spent on the road, gigging and traveling from town to town. This wear and tear does not impede the performance value of the said guitars at all, as it is a cosmetic feature, exclusively. Ever since it was introduced into the Fender catalog, Road Worn concept has been among the most popular in its class (though not many manufacturers offer worn and aged guitars at such an incredibly low price). For 2015, one Jag and one Jazzmaster are making their debut, both dedicated to the first decade of their production - the hippy 1960s. Road Worn `60s Jazzmaster comes with a solid, flat body made of alder and bolted maple neck with C profile. Timeless 3-Color Sunburst scheme with nitrocellulose finish and big white pickguard is the only color scheme available. Two-piece bridge unit (Adjust-o-Matic bridge and the floating tremolo tailpiece) i sfronted by a pair of American Vintage `65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster pickups with over-sized (P-90-like) covers. Classic Jazzmaster electronics and controls setup is featured along with them. Maple neck is fit with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. It comes with vintage frets, 1.65" wide synthetic bone nut and traditional dot inlays. Vintage tuners on the headstock round off the specs list of this gorgeous road warrior.
