Fender Road Worn `72 Telecaster Deluxe

Road Worn ™ Electric Guitars by Fender
1970s were the decade when Telecaster started looking and sounding more like it`s main adversary in the field of single cut guitars, Gibson`s Les Paul. Double humbucker pickups configuration was introduced along with three-way toggle pickup switch and separate volume and tone knobs. Pickguard was modified, too. And this model was named Telecaster Deluxe. Road Worn `72 Telecaster Deluxe is an aged and worn tribute to that model. It comes with a single-cut body made of alder and it`s paired with a maple neck. On it`s top Fender installs a regular hardtail bridge with string-through construction. Pickups are Fender`s Wide Range active humbuckers with split volume and tone knobs. Maple neck has C contour and it`s topped with a 21-fret maple fingerboard.
