Discontinued Models Electric Guitars by Framus
Spitfire models from Framus come on the track of '80s soloist and Superstrat models. Spitfire Pro is an upgrade of the Spitfire story, it comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of swamp ash. The body features no top woods, pickguards or bindings, as Framus opted for the stripped-down looks with this one. The bridge is a Framus Wilkinson tremolo with string-through construction and chrome plating. Pickups for this model are made by Seymour Duncan and they come in H/S/S configuration. Volume knob with push/pull switch for coil splitting, tone knob and a five-position blade switch comprise the controls unit. The neck is made of one piece of maple and it is bolted to the body. Rosewood fingerboard comes with 22 jumbo frets covered with dot position inlays.
