Spitfire models come with a strong '80s vibe and the feel of the Superstrat models of the era. The biggest difference is the lack of flashiness the '80s models had to have. Spitfire Pro comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of swamp ash. The top is flat and it features no binding, pickguards or top wood covers. The bridge is a Framus vibrato made by Wilkinson, and it comes with chrome tuning. Seymour Duncan supplies three pickups in H/S/S configuration. Master volume knob is equipped with a push/pull switch for coil splitting. Master tone and five-position blade switch complete the controls unit. Maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 22 jumbo sized frets and dot position inlays cover the fingerboard.
