Chambered Les Paul Class 5 Figured Top is a model from the Les Paul series in the Gibson Custom Catalog. It`s body is strategically chambered to ease the shoulder stress and it`s made of mahogany back with luxurious figured maple top. Top panel is carved, bound in creme binding and finished in supremely elegant lacquer finish. Neck on this model is set-in and it`s made of top shelf mahogany. '50s contour and nitrocellulose finish complete the neck specs. Fingerboard is made of ebony, it`s bound and equipped with 22 frets, trapezoid inlays and 1-11/16" wide corian nut. Burstbucker 3 is placed in the bridge and Burstbucker 2 in the neck position. They are controlled through separate volume and tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch.
