SG Custom VOS is a tribute to the early SG Custom models. SG was first introduced as a flat-top, solid-bodied replacement for the Les Paul, which was fading in the early 1960s. But, as the time passed, LP returned to it`s former glory and SG became a model on it`s own and Standard, Custom and Special variants followed. SG Custom VOS comes with a solid, double cut mahogany body with flat top and black plastic pickguard. Faded Cherry, Classic White and TV Yellow comprise the color palette of this model. Bridge section is equipped with only a stoptail bar with chrome plating. A pair of P-90 single coils is installed in the front. Mahogany neck is equipped with set-in joint and '60s contour in the back. 22-fret fingerboard is made of ebony.
