Les Paul Deluxe ranks among the best and most luxurious Les Pauls in current production. It is the epitome of the Les Paul elegance and beauty. This one is available only in Goldtop color scheme. Top is painted in gold, while the back and sides come in dark brown. Entire body is finished in gloss. As for the materials used for the construction of Deluxe`s body, Gibson chose the classic combination of mahogany back and plain maple top. Top is carved and bound in creme. Two-piece bridge section incorporates the tune-o-matic bridge and the stoptail bar in the back. In the front, there are two mini-buckers. Set in neck is made of a single piece of mahogany. It`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
