Gibson USA`s 2017 catalog features 12 Les Paul models, six in the Traditional (T) lineup and six in High Performance (HP) section. This on`s a High Performance model, the opening model of the line, coming in at $1,199 (there`s no HP model under $1,000 mark). Les Paul Faded 2017 HP kicks off with a solid, single-cut mahogany body (weight relief) with a plain maple cap on top (C class top). One-piece maple neck (with fast access heel in the back and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top) is attached to the body. Worn Brown and Worn Cherry, Faded tier`s standard colors, make up this model`s color palette. Main hardware and electronics options include a two-piece (chrome-plated) bridge unit, zero fret nut, Gibson G Force tuners and `61 pickups w/classic controls.
