In the early 1950s, the Les Paul guitar hit the stage and became an instant classic. Throughout the decade Gibson kept on experimenting with materials and appointments and in 1959 came out probably the Les Paul of all Les Paul guitars ever. Due to the enormous popularity of the 1959 model, majority of the previous models, which helped shape the ultimate LP slowly faded away. Les Paul Studio '50s Tribute Humbucker is a tribute to the forgotten heroes of the Les Paul legend. It comes with a mahogany boy with plain maple top. Gold top is paired with dark brown back. Tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar are fronted by '57 Classic humbuckers with open coil design. Set in mahogany neck has '50s contour in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
