Synchromatic Collection Electric Guitars by Gretsch Guitars
G100CE Synchromatic Archtop is a model from the Synchromatic Collection in the Gretsch Guitars catalog. This one is a fully hollow six-stringer with vintage-styled single-cut design. G100CE has a carved top and set in neck construction. Back and side panels are made of laminated maple, while the arced top is made of spruce. This combination of tonewoods is primarily used for the steel-stringed acoustic guitars, though it is not completely uncommon with hollow-bodied electrics. G100CE is available in black with satin finish, simple chrome-plated hardware and white binding around the top. Wooden bridge is backed up by a trapezoid tailpiece. There`s only one minibucker pickup in neck position. Set in maple neck is topped with a 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Die-cast tuners are featured on the vintage-styled headstock.
