Silver Sparkle
G6129T - 1957 Silver Jet is a solid-bodied guitar with single-cut design and six-string construction. It is available only in Silver Sparkle color with sparkle finish, multi-ply binding and chrome hardware. Sparkling silver color and chrome hardware give this guitar a mixed vibe, as if it is a retro guitar from the future. Body is, however made of traditional mahogany back and maple top. In combination with vintage single-coils, it gives a tone very similar to the classic Gretsch models. Again, Gretsch installs a three-piece bridge section. It is fronted by a wood-based adjust-o-matic bridge and reared by an elegantly decorated trapezoid tailpiece. In the middle, there`s a Bigsby vibrato bar. Bolt-on mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
