White Penguin is a special model from the Professional Collection series of Gretsch Guitars catalog. It comes with a classic White-clad by with gold-plated hardware. This ind of vintage styling can also be found in some other US manufacturers` catalogs, but Gretsch does it with so much style and skill, it outshines all competition. G6134 White Penguin is a semi-hollow guitar with single-cut design. Mahogany back is combined with laminated maple top and set in mahogany neck. In short, this model is a tone powerhouse and it`s Dynasonic single-coils just add the rock and roll flavor to the mix. Gold-plated bridge is backed up by an elegant 1950s-styled trapezoid tailpiece. Fingerboard is made of ebony and it features 22 frets with hump block inlays.
