M-75 Aristocrat form the American Patriarch series is the luxurious variant of the Newark St Collection`s M-75 Aristocrat. The one from the Newark series costs around $1,500, while the American Patriarch M-75 Arstocrat costs aristocratic $7,499.99. It is only $500 cheaper than the series flagship models, the X-500 Stuart. Such high price tag puts a major pressure on both the model and his creators, will the guitar live up to the expectations. And the good news for Guild Guitars is that Aristocrat is is a true aristocrat. It does cost a lot, but it delivers unbelievable level of quality in all aspects. It is a fully hollow single-cut guitar made of solid mahogany back and sides with select spruce sound board on top. Arched top is bound in white and decorated with an elevated pickguard. Bridge is made of rosewood and is backed with a trapezoid tailpiece. Guild single coil pickups are installed in the front. They feature separate volume and tone knobs. Three-piece neck is made of two parts of mahogany and one part of maple. On it`s top Guild installs a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Gold-plated tuners and 24-3/4" scale are also featured on this model.
