Hagstrom has introduced H-II and H-III models back in 1965, they were the European alternative to the then-ubiquitous US and UK-made guitars. Though they garnered accolades and great success in the early years, H models slowly faded and fell out of the catalog. They`re now reborn and ready to give an authentic Hagstrom experience to 21st century guitarists.
H-II comes in with a SG-like body made of alder and a bolt-on neck made of Canadian hard maple. The standard 22-fret resinator fingerboard tops the neck. It features medium jumbo frets, dot inlays and 1.69" TUSQ nut. Hagstrom`s ceramic C-Spin single coils in bridge and neck positions bring an extended controls unit and the unmistakable vintage/modern tone. Tremar bridge and Hagstrom tuners complete the specs list.
