EGEN8 is a model from the Herman Li series of signature guitars made by Ibanez. It is one of two models currently made in this series. It is a solid double-cut guitar with body made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. Top panel is carved and equipped with special "finger grip" carvings situated on the inner side of the upper horn. Platinum Blonde is the only color scheme available for this model and it comes with high gloss finish. Bridge is the Ibanez Edge double locking trem with gold plating. Pickups in it`s front are installed in H/S/H pattern and controlled with a basic electronics unit. Three-piece maple neck is equipped with EGEN contour and through-body joint. It`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
