PM200 is a new model introduced into the Pat Metheny signature series within the Ibanez catalog. This one is among the finest hollow-bodied guitars introduced this year. It comes with a big classic body with single cutaway and deep contour. It is made entirely of maple and it`s paired with a mahogany neck. Body is bound in several layers of binding and decorated with a pair of carved "f" holes. Natural color scheme is the only one and it is finished in high gloss. Bridge section on this model is made by Gotoh and it contains a tune-o-matic bridge with wooden base in the front with a trapezoid tailpiece in the back. Tune-o-matic bridge is plated in gold to match the rest of the hardware. There is only one pickup on PM200, it is an active humbucker placed in the neck position. Volume and tone knobs comprise the controls unit. Mahogany neck features special PM contour in the back and it`s topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
