Charcoal Brown Flat
RG421CW is a part of the Standard segment of the RG range. It is located one step above the basic 350/70 models, but it can still be considered opening class model. Fixed bridge, 25-1/2" scale, wide 15-3/4" fingerboard radius, super thin neck and passive Ibanez electronics are the main features of this affordable rocker.
The base of RG421CW is formed of a double-cut RG body and bolt-on Wizard neck. The body is made of mahogany base and claro walnut top, while the neck is made of maple in its entirety. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard tops the neck, thus completing the chassis. Ibanez Quantum humbuckers fill the bridge and neck positions, delivering a familiar RG tone (rock, hard rock and classic heavy metal are their strongest suits). Basic fixed bridge and die-cast tuners do a great job keeping the strings in tune.
