I have owned one since 1979. My first real guitar. Her serial number is C797979, so I call her 79. One piece of information that is wrong in your review is the neck does not go through the body. The body has a maple core with walnut bands and mahogany wings. The maple neck connects to the maple core, but according to Ibanez, because I asked, it is a set neck.
