JS32-7Q Dinky is one of five JS models introduced for 2013. It is one of three Dinky guitars and is also one of two seven-stringers. This year for Jackson is definitely the extended range year, for it is the first time Jackson so seriously steps into the seven and eight string waters. And, judging by the response at the NAMM show this January, Jackson Guitars did hell of a job. As a contender for the title of the best affordable seven-stringer, JS32-7Q Dinky boasts an elegant basswood-made body with double cutaway and quilted maple cap on the top. Body features high gloss finish and contoured back for improved playability. Bridge section is a standard one for the series, it features a hardtail bridge with string-through-body construction and seven adjustable saddles. Pickups on this model are passive, made by Jackson and installed in H/H configuration. Master volume, master tone and three-position blade switch comprise the controls. Neck is made of maple and features bolt-on joint. IT is topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard. It is made of rosewood and features super sleek piranha inlays. Die cast tuners are featured on the headstock.
