In 2015, Jackson has invested most of their efforts to claim the title of the champion in the beginner, lower intermediate and intermediate segments of the market, as the new JS, Pro and X series look better and sound more awesome than ever. This is mostly true of the reborn JS series lineup. With twelve new models, JS becomes one of the most serious contenders in the realm of the beginner guitars, as it incorporates a range of features from the X and even Pro series. JS32-7 Dinky is the series` only seven-stringed model in 2015, and it`s made for a player who wants to test drive a seven-string guitar, but is not yet sure if he/she wants to spend serious money and completely relocate to the seven-string camp. Solid and double-cut basswood body is topped with a two-piece quilt maple cap painted in the majestic Tobacco Burst. Hardtail bridge (Jackson`s extended range guitars don`t yet feature tremolo systems of any kind) with seven saddles is nestled on the top, keeping the tuning and intonation in perfect check. Seven-string variant of the popular Jackson high output humbuckers rules the pickups department in its front. Maple neck is, as one might expect, the classic one-piece neck with speed profile and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard. Seven Jackson tuners are installed on the modern AT headstock in 3+4 pattern. Long 26-1/2" scale, common to all of the extended range Jacksons, is featured on this model as well.
