Pro Series class of the Dinky range is being completely overhauled for 2015. It will receive eight new models, and Pro Dinky DK2Q HT is one of them. It comes with a solid and double-cut alder body with beveled edges, super deep cutaway and a classic bolt-on neck joint (though the Pro models usually have neck-through-body construction). The alder base is covered with a carved maple top (two pieces of matched AAA quilt maple). Tobacco Sunburst is the only color option Jackson has made available for this metal machine. It comes with black hardware, glossy finish and no unnecessary decorations and embellishments (mostly due to the marvelous pattern of the quilted maple on the top and the headstock). Seymour Duncan`s JB is featured in the bridge, while the `59 is in the neck. These two bad boys are harnessed through master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch. Behind the pickups, Jackson installs a hardtail Hipshot bridge with six adjustable saddles, and black paint over it. Maple neck is a one-piece, and it`s covered with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard. 24 jumbo-sized frets, offset dot inlays and compound 12"-16" radius are featured on the fingerboard.
