HF2 Fatboy is one of three Kiesel Allan Holdsworth signature models. the Fatboy is a chamber-bodied axe with set neck construction, characteristic single-cut design and 25-1/2" long scale. It is made in the U.S. of A. in Kiesel`s custom shop facilities.
Wooden base of this six-stringed axe is made up of chambered alder base, birch top, set-in eastern European hard rock maple neck and ebony fingerboard (20" radius, dot inlays, medium jumbo frets). Model displayed on the picture features quilt maple top w/matching headstock, though Kiesel offers many additional tonewood options. HF2 Fatboy, in its basic form, also includes a pair of passive H22 humbuckers, two-piece TOM/stoptail bridge and Kiesel locking tuners. All hardware is coated in chrome (black hardware displayed on the picture).
