BB1200 is the basic model of the BB line made by Maton Guitars. This BB has the bare necessities which make BB a BB. Body can be ordered in two variants, either it`s made entirely of blackwood, either rock maple. Both variants come with double cut semi-hollow bodies. Pickups are regular for BB series, a pair of JH active humbuckers is placed one in the bridge and one in the neck position. Master tone, split volume knobs and three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the controls unit. Volume knobs have coil-splitting push-pull switches. Bridge section on this semi-hollow is made up of tune-o-matic bridge in the front and stoptail bar in the back. Rock maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. 25-1/2" scale, 12" radius and chrome-plated Grovers complete the specs list.
