BB1200 JH is a semi-hollow electric guitar made by Maton Guitars. This Australian manufacturer has built it`s reputation on the extensive use of Australian tone woods. Their electric department is no exception to this policy. One of the proofs is BB1200 JH, a double cut semi-hollow made in the vein of great Gibson and Epiphone semi-hollows. It`s body is made entirely of blackwood and paired with a set rock maple neck. Top panel of the body features ivory binding and two carved "f" holes. Bridge section has a tune-o-matic with trapeze tailpiece. JB active humbuckers can be split through push-pull switches installed on volume knobs. Master tone and three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the controls unit. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood. Grover tuners are plated in chrome.
