Apart from Fender, Gibson, Rickenbacker and other giants, Maton managed to launch and keep MS500 model, which became successful project. Even George Harrison played it. This particular MS500 is a 50th anniversary model made in honor of the first Maton MS500 models from the 1950s. This one comes with a familiar, solid and double cut body made of silver silkwood. It is bound in white binding and equipped with a white pickguard. Bridge section has a standard combo of tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar. Pickups are active and bridge humbucker can be split. Queensland maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
