CC models (Custom Collection) of the 1950s series offer that extra pizzazz which regular models might sometimes lack. Also, they have a very practical purpose as they bring different tonewoods, different hardware or different electronics to the table.
CC50 Burl Burst Edition is among the classiest Telecaster-like guitars out there, boasting the gorgeous Burl Burst paint job, gold-plated hardware and super sleek contours. Core construction features include a solid korina body with contoured back, quilt maple top (two-piece construction, black pickguard), maple neck (modern C profile, bolted to the body) and maple fingerboard (22 medium jumbo frets, black dot inlays, compound 10.5"-16" radius, 25.5" radius, 1.69" bone nut).
Major hardware and electronics features include a modern string-thru bridge, die-cast tuning machines and a pair of Rockfield`s single-coil pickups.
