1950s Guitars Electric Guitars by Michael Kelly
Michael Kelly`s 1950s series is dedicated to single-cut, Telecaster-like guitars, but with a modern twist. All of the models sport 22-fret fingerboards, modern construction, as well as modern electronics.
1953 is the basic, most classic member of the 1950s series. The one that mostly resembles a genuine 1950s Telecaster guitar (special and limited edition models, excluded). Four color options, all with gloss finish and chrome hardware, make up the color palette. Core construction features include a solid alder body, flame maple top (two-piece construction, bookmatched, topped with a classic pickguard), maple neck (modern C profile, bolt-on construction) and 22-fret fingerboard (rosewood/maple, medium jumbo frets, 1.69" bone nut, 10.5" radius).
Main hardware and electronics features include a modern Tele bridge, die-cast tuners and a pair of single-coil Rockfield tuners.
