John Petrucci of Dream Theater fame is probably among the top five most influential metal guitarists of our era. Untouchable alternate picking technique, memorable licks and immense theoretical knowledge catapult Mr. Petrucci far ahead of competition. JP15 is one of many models in his Music Man signature series. It comes with a solid and double-cut body made of mahogany base and beveled maple top. Only two color options are available - Sahara Burst Flame and Sahara Burst Quilt. The neck is made of roasted maple and it`s attached to the body through a five-bolt joint; 24-fret roasted maple fingerboard sits on its top. JP15 has inherited the standard electronics unit from the previous JP models. Modern tremolo bridge and locking Schaller tuning machines complete the specs list.
