DF622FR is a model from the fairly new and recent update to the Parker catalog, the MaxxFly Radial Neck Joint series. This series is a modern take on the classic Fly concept. Contours of the body are more streamlined and the necks are now attached to the bodies with bolt-on joints. DF622FR comes with a solid, double-cut body made of alder and flamed maple top (on selected finishes) Body and the back of the neck are finished in gloss and equipped with black hardware. Instead of the standard vibrato bridge with piezo saddles, Parker installs a Floyd Rose bridge on this model. Two Seymour Duncan humbuckers are installed in it`s front. Neck on this model is made of maple and it features the standard 24-fret fingerboard made of composite materials.
