Private Stock Electric Guitars by Paul Reed Smith
Private Stock Super Eagle is what happens when John Mayer and Paul Reed Smith decide to build a guitar. And not just any kind of guitar, but a sophisticated, one-of-a-kind guitar with a staggering scope of styles and PRS Private Stock`s hallmark build quality.
Private Stock Super Eagle is a true super six-stringer. It starts off with a semi-hollow body made of mahogany base and flamed maple top. The neck is made of mahogany and it features a long (by PRS standards) scale of 25-3/8". It is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. 58/15 JM Treble (bridge) and Bass (neck) are accompanied by a Narrowfield JM minibucker, a host of controls and an on-board preamp. Other important features include a Private Stock Gen III tremolo and Phase III locking tuners.
