Along with CE models of the Bolt-On range, S2 models form the middle class of the PRS catalog. Standard tier`s price tags hover around the $1,000 mark, while the Custom entries can fetch up to $1,500. Standard tier`s spartan design accounts for the price difference. S2 Singlecut Standard Satin is the most affordable Singlecut of the entire S2 range (including both Standard and Custom tiers). Core construction features include a single-cut mahogany body (solid, beveled and covered with a black pickguard), mahogany neck (Pattern profile, set-in joint) and rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, dot inlays, 25" scale). Charcoal, McCarty Tobacco Sunburst and Vintage Cherry options constitute 2017 color palette for this model. S2 Singlecut Standard Satin also features a wraparound bridge, PRS locking tuners and #7 pickups.
