With the brand new Vela concept, PRS is breaking new ground. It is the first PRS with an offset body and it`s quite a looker. Beveled top of the S2 series and the vintage pickguard add a classic vibe to Vela`s edgy, yet classy body.
S2 Vela comes with a double-cut body made of mahogany and set-in neck made of the same material (the standard combo of the S2 range). Neck is equipped with the tested and proven Pattern profile in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Big dot inlays replace the classic Bird layout.
S2 Starla in the bridge has that chunky rocking tone full of treble and bite while the fat Type D single coil brings the creamy leads and melodies. Hardtail bridge and PRS tuners complete the specs list.
