Session series models are envisioned as perfect practice and studio models. They offer the simplicity of design and quality tone. The rich and versatile tone is provided by a pair of Peavey`s Alnico humbuckers. They`re active and have a standard controls unit. Master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch comprise it. Volume and tone knobs are reminiscent of PRS style. Behind the pickups, Peavey installs a regular hardtail bridge with six adjustable saddles and chrome plating. Body is solid, double-cut and made of basswood. Top is carved in modern Peavey fashion and bound in creme. Metallic Blue, Metallic Black and Metallic Red comprise the color palette for this model. Bolted maple neck is topped with a series-standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
