Belmont Bigsby is essentially the same guitar as the Belmont, it features the same tonewoods, pickups, fret count, scale length and styling. The only visible difference is in the bridge section. Belmont has the two-piece hardtail bridge (tune-o-matic bridge plus the stoptail bar), while the Belmont Bigsby has the tune-o-matic/Bigsby combo. Body of this Belmont is solid, flat on top and has the series standard double-cut design. It is made of mahogany in it`s entirety. Just like the legendary SG, Belmont Bigsby has the thin and flat mahogany body, which is paired with a maple neck. While the SG has set in necks, Belmont series has bolted necks. Seymour Duncan pickups in HSS configuration, 24-3/4" scale and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard complete the specs list.
