Balsac the Jaws of Death Electric Guitars by Schecter
One of the latest members of the ever growing tribe of the Schecter Signature Artist series is Balsac the Jaws of Death of the cult comedy metal band GWAR.
Balsac`s signature Jaw guitar comes with a solid and beveled V body (pretty similar to the Jeff Loomis models) made of mahogany and a three-piece mahogany neck (slim C profile). Jaw comes exclusively in black and with black hardware. The beveled edges of the body are, however, painted in red and in front of the bridge pickup, there is a custom Jaws of Death graphic. Ebony fingerboard comes with 24 XJ frets and a custom 3rd fret inlay.
Tune-o-matic bridge is fronted by a lone bridge-positioned Fishman humbucker. Single volume knob with push/pull switch (changes the modes in which the pickup operates) and an additional killswitch make up the controls.
