For 2017 Banshee range will be revitalized with the Extreme division. These new models will sport passive electronics, bolt-on necks, sleek Banshee design and a standard range of variants and options (hardtail models, FR models, Sustainiac models, etc). Banshee 6 Extreme takes off with a solid, flat body, made of mahogany base and a flat quilt maple top (creme binding, Strat-like pickguard on top). The neck is made of maple; it sports ultra thin C profile, 25-1/2" scale and regular bolt-on joint). 24-fret rosewood fingerboard completes the chassis (Vector inlays, XJ frets, 1.653" TUSQ nut, 16" radius). Major hardware and electronics options include a Schecter hardtail bridge (string-through, black chrome plating), a trio of Schecter Diamond pickups (HSS) and regular Schecter tuners.
